Treasurer Charles (Butch) Peccolo has announced the following revised policies that relate to sponsored projects. The policies is effective dates are listed below and are available on the policy web site.
- FI0205 – Sponsored Projects (Effective December 26, 2014)
This policy was revised to comply with the new Uniform Guidance. - FI0206 – Sponsored Projects – Distinguishing Direct vs Indirect Costs(Effective January 20 , 2015)
This policy was written to provide guidance to university departments in complying with the Uniform guidance concerning charging sponsored projects direct costs. - FI0207- Sponsored Projects – Salary Policy (Effective March 1, 2015)
This policy was previously housed in the Sponsored grants and contracts policy. This new policy was written to comply with the Uniform Guidance. - FI0210 – Sponsored Programs – Cost Sharing (March 1, 2015)
- FI0215 – Sponsored Projects – Effort Certification (Effective December 26, 2014)
This policy was revised to comply with the new Uniform Guidance. - FI0225 – Sponsored Projects – Code of Business Ethics (November 1, 2014)
This policy was updated to reflect changes required by the new uniform guidance. All university business managers and departmental personnel should read and understand the guidelines provided in this policy. - FI0230– Sponsored Projects – Subaward Origination and Subrecipient Monitoring (Effective March 1, 2015)
This policy was revised to comply with the new Uniform Guidance. This policy was revised to comply with the new Uniform Guidance. A sentence was added in 3d and 8a and exhibits 1 and 3 were added.
