On March 28, 2017, Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) was awarded a contract to offer outsourced facilities management services on public university campuses across Tennessee. The leadership of each University of Tennessee campus was to decide for its own campus whether or not to make use of any of these services. Those decisions had been pending evaluation of cost proposals for those services.
In October, each campus received a JLL cost proposal for facilities management on that campus. All proposals can be viewed at this link: tennessee.edu/facilities-management
The leadership team for each campus has evaluated those proposals and will present their decisions to the UT Board of Trustees during the meeting of the full Board at 1 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 3.
